Real Estate Consulting/Expediting Company in Downtown Brooklyn has the following positions available:
Research Coordinator:
Working with the project team, to research and prepare documents/affidavits for administrative violations.
responsibilities include:
- researching administrative violations
- preparing and sending out affidavits and forms to clients
- reviewing documents with clients via phone and email
- reviewing and processing incoming mail and documents to submit to City agencies
Candidates must be comfortable in a fast paced environment, be a team player and comfortable with heavy emails and phones calls.
Alteration Type 1 Specialist (DOB Permits):
-Review Alteration type 1 & New Building projects and prepare the filings in order to secure a DOB plan examiners approval
- communicating with clients and architects to ensure documents are executed and submitted efficiently
-creating all DOB filings, permits and sign off documents
-attend virtual and in person plan exams
Requirements:
- minimum 2 years office experience
- must be a class 2 filing representative
- must have general NYC Department of Buildings Code & Zoning knowledge
- candidates must be a team player and work well in a fast paced environment
